Hero Archetype

I have learnt that most of the characters (whether in movies, or games) are based the hero archetypes. By heroes, I don't really mean big, strong guys with 3 layers of muscles who walks around like a badass. Instead, they can be people who helped the main character, whether physical or psychological wise. From here, it shows that heroes doesn't have to be brute, they can be an intelligent and wise old man, who aids the main character all the way. Even a supportive character can be a hero, and the main character is not.
One of the hero archetypes that suits me is the explorer, well, in-game wise. In Studio-wise, I'm more towards the creator (since we are game designers..)
In the Studio groups, I'm in the group "Gorgonzola", currently working on a 3D game. At first, I thought "Gorgonzola" is the mixed breed of a "Gorgon" and a "Vuvuzela".. until Jae told us she also know that it meant "Blue Cheese".
Anyway, back to topic, why am I a creator (and explorer), is because of the assignments that are given to us. Zakie, the 2D artist, is handling me some of his art for 3D modelling. As I model some of the assets, I found out that some of his characters are not in proportion, and I'll have to fix them myself. :(
Along the way, I seek helped from "Gooooooooooooogle", the old and wise, and got some of the stuff modelled on time. (Yeah, last minute work gives us the motivation." Exploring for new things (in Google), and creating things that aren't really supposed to be (in a good way) describes my character in the hero archetype. A pretty useless character huh?
